Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Hyreblock’s AI Hiring Intelligence Platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, managing workspace access and activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Service description and AI limitations

Hyreblock provides tools for job-description analysis, resume extraction, skill normalisation, candidate matching, scores, explanations and hiring intelligence. AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, biased or out of date. You must review relevant evidence and independently verify important information.

Hyreblock does not make employment decisions for you and does not guarantee candidate performance, hiring outcomes, accuracy or suitability. You remain responsible for fair, lawful and human-reviewed recruitment decisions. Do not use a score or AI output as the sole basis for a decision where applicable law requires additional safeguards or human review.

3. Customer content and authority

You retain your rights in content you submit, subject to the rights needed to provide the service under these Terms. You represent that you have the authority and lawful basis to upload, use and instruct processing of resumes, candidate data, job descriptions and other materials. You must provide any required notices and obtain any consent or other authorisation required by applicable law.

4. Hiring processing and model training

We process submitted content to provide the features you use, such as extraction, matching, comparisons and hiring insights. Hyreblock may support two distinct forms of model improvement: (a) recruiter-specific fine-tuning for an authorised recruiter’s use, and (b) shared platform model training intended to improve services across customers.

These model-training purposes are separate from performing a particular hiring task. Enabling a training feature or submitting content does not automatically establish every permission or legal basis required. Before training uses personal data, the relevant purpose, scope, notices, legal basis and required authorisations must be established. We may restrict or disable a training activity if these requirements have not been met.

Recruiter-specific model artefacts are intended to be isolated from other customers’ workspaces. Shared-model training may combine authorised data across customers, subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards. We apply reasonable measures to prevent disclosure of one customer’s confidential source data to another through model outputs, but AI models cannot be guaranteed never to memorise or reproduce information.

5. Privacy and data processing

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Depending on the activity and actual arrangements, a recruiter may determine purposes for hiring processing while Hyreblock processes information on its instructions; Hyreblock may have separate responsibilities for purposes it independently determines. Additional data-processing terms may apply to business customers.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully; upload information without appropriate authority; infringe another person’s rights; attempt unauthorised access; circumvent security or workspace restrictions; introduce malicious code; interfere with service operation; or use outputs to discriminate unlawfully. You must not attempt to access another customer’s content or model artefacts.

7. Third-party providers

The service may depend on third-party infrastructure, authentication, storage, hosting and AI providers. Their involvement and processing locations depend on the configured deployment. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and availability. We will use providers as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

8. Intellectual property

Hyreblock and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design, branding and service materials. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. You grant Hyreblock the limited rights reasonably necessary to host and process submitted content to provide the services and to carry out separately authorised processing.

9. Availability, suspension and termination

We may update, modify or discontinue features and may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, non-payment or material breach. You may stop using the service and request handling of your data as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement. Some records may remain for a documented period where needed for backups, security or legal obligations.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any applicable liability limits must be interpreted consistently with mandatory law and any separate written customer agreement.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to Vipul Kumar at vipulkumar.hyreblock@gmail.com or +91-9650719416.
